West Coast Elite Hockey was created with one goal in mind – to help develop hockey players and ultimately assist them in obtaining their hockey goals. We are passionate about the development and showcase opportunities for players looking to play college/junior hockey now or in the future. West Coast Elite Hockey is excited for the 1st year of the Junior Exposure Camp. The camp will provide a strong opportunity for players born from 1996-2002 to showcase their talent for some of the top programs in Junior and College Hockey. The Junior Exposure Camp was uniquely designed for players to be coached in an intimate setting with a one on one mentality.
West Coast Elite Hockey offers private lessons for all age groups. WCEH provides individual and group hockey lessons specializing in the development of young hockey players from the mite level to U18. Brent Gough currently works with the Boston Management Group of Boston Massachusetts. The BMG Provides counsel and guidance to elite level student athletes competing in hockey across North America and Europe through goal setting and assists with student athlete’s selection of long-term and short-term goals. West Coast Elite Hockey is owned and operated by Brent Gough. Brent was born and raised in St Albert, Alberta, Canada. Brent played 3 years of Junior A hockey for the St. Albert Saints before signing a full scholarship to NCAA Div. 1 Merrimack College in North Andover Massachusetts; a member of the Hockey East Conference. Brent served as captain for 2 years with the Merrimack Warriors and has recently been named to Merrimack’s All Decade Team. After completing 4 successful years with the Warriors and graduating with his BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Organizational Behavior he signed a contract to play professionally in the UK. Brent retired in 2010 and began his coaching career with the Junior A West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. He spent 5 seasons with the West Kelowna Warriors as the Associate Head Coach and Assistant General Manager.
